[Release] Shoujo☆Kageki Revue Starlight – The LIVE – Show Must Go On – Act 01: Stage Girls!

We’ve finally begin our releases on the Stage Play Adaptation manga, Show Must Go On! The stage play adaptation is very different from the anime. It’s a completely different universe! We hope that everyone would enjoy this as much as we do, as well!

Don’t forget to support the artist and the work by purchasing the Vol. 1 of this manga as well!

As for now, the release date for the Stage Play subs is set to September 30th (Tentative). We’re hoping to be able to make this deadline, and maybe… release earlier!?

Show Must Go On Summary:

Similar to the TV Anime, HIkari and Karen watched “Starlight” when they were young and promised to stand on the same stage in the future… Karen, although a sleepyhead, continues to study the path of the Stage Girl everyday! However, due to her tardiness, the selected students were subjected to the ‘Legandary Training’ that would make them into ‘Top Stars’…? And soon… they will all be singing, dancing and taking from one another by following the mysterious audition started by Souda-sensei and the Giraffe!

Thanks for the release, but do you guys need another QC/proofreader? There’s a lot of odd parts here and there (eg. “I found her deep sleep in 2-B!”), and you guys should probably use a different font for the part where it’s lyrics.(e.g. the “friends? No way!”) If you guys are open to it I’d love to help out with this/the stage play.

Thank you very much for the offer! Unfortunately it seems that these were lines that weren’t corrected in our current pass, which was already submitted for corrections. I will relay your suggestions about fonts to our typesetter! However, I’d politely decline your offer to QC/Proofread. We’ve already recently added one more to the team (but have not worked on this release yet). Thank you for the offer, though!
