We’ve revised some of the SMGO lines to match our Stage Play release! We’ve also updated a line about Nana’s pre-call (those cute character intros), since we had mistakenly did the order of two words wrongly <_>. We will be updating these lines in our 1080p release scheduled for November!

[Release] Shoujo☆Kageki Revue Starlight – The LIVE – Show Must Go On – Act 01: Stage Girls!
We’ve finally begin our releases on the Stage Play Adaptation manga, Show Must Go On! The stage play adaptation is very different from the anime. It’s a completely different universe! We hope that everyone would enjoy this as much as we do, as well!
Don’t forget to support the artist and the work by purchasing the Vol. 1 of this manga as well!
As for now, the release date for the Stage Play subs is set to September 30th (Tentative). We’re hoping to be able to make this deadline, and maybe… release earlier!?
Show Must Go On Summary:
Similar to the TV Anime, HIkari and Karen watched “Starlight” when they were young and promised to stand on the same stage in the future… Karen, although a sleepyhead, continues to study the path of the Stage Girl everyday! However, due to her tardiness, the selected students were subjected to the ‘Legandary Training’ that would make them into ‘Top Stars’…? And soon… they will all be singing, dancing and taking from one another by following the mysterious audition started by Souda-sensei and the Giraffe!

Here’s the latest Chapter of Revue Starlight Overture! We got to know more about Tendou Maya!?
Discontinuation of Anime Speedsubbing.
Our small team of less than 8 has been trying to juggle being up to date with the manga, the 4-koma, as well as the anime, which has resulted to the quality of translation suffering. Even though “There are only 4 weeks left!” We’ve decided to discontinue speedsubbing and will be re-releasing the anime from Episode 1 (starting with Bluray releases for Episode 1 up to 4 in October), and then continuing to releases in 1080 + bluray releases moving forward.
This is to giveway to our Stage Play Translations. We aim to release it within September, for The Live #2 Transition is going to be happening in Mid-October.
We’d like everyone to have seen the Stageplay before the second play starts.
We’re really sorry to disappoint everyone who patiently waits for our subs every week. There are quality options out there such as CHYUU-PAS or ACSS.

She has a mother-like figure that wraps everyone with kindness. Her nickname is “Banana”. She does not only demonstrate talent for dancing and singing, but also for stage production.
A thoroughbred in the theatrical world with a famous stage actor and a Primadonna as her parents. A solitary stage girl who never neglects to hone her inborn talent.
Her father is Japanese and her mother is French. She has been active in the theatre industry since she was a child. After encountering Tendou Maya, she has then, seen her as her rival.
Hanayagi Kaoruko’s childhood friend. She’s got a sharp tongue but is quite gentle on the inside, always complaining while actually taking good care of Kaoruko. Even though she’s on the shorter side, she still has a high level of physical ability and specializes in stage sword fighting.
She’s a talented young lady that comes from a long generation of traditional Japanese dancers. She relies on Futaba for most aspects of her daily life. Is there some mischief hiding behind her Kyoto dialect and sweet smile?
Aijou Karen’s childhood friend, a genius stage girl who has a natural talent for acting. She transferred from a famous theatre school in England. She exchanged “Fates” with Karen when they were young.
