Title: Episode 2 – Animelo Mix Love Live – NozoEri ~Radio Garden~

NozoEri Radio Garden is a radio show sponsored by Animelo Mix in collaboration with the Love Live school idol project! It’s hosted by two personalities, Nanjou Yoshino who voiced Ayase Eri and Kusuda Aina who voiced Toujou Nozomi from Love Live’s μ’s (Read as: Muse). Let’s refer to Nanjou Yoshino as her well-known nickname “Nanjolno” or “Jolno” and Kusuda Aina shall be referred to as “Kussun” as how most people and fans addresses her. 

The intro started with them derps talking about the first day of their three-day long weekend. Kussun said that she just sleeps on holidays, never-ending sleep. LOL Jolno says that it’s such a waste of a day so Kussun asks her (Nanjou-san, still Nanjou-san!) what she does. She says she plays, eats, plays and sleeps… and Kussun tells her that she does the same. And Nanjolno asks if she does anything more active, Kussun says she goes out to walk her dog. Jolno says that she does photography so Kussun says that some day she should take photos of her dog. Nanjolno responds with an, It’s okay but… Kussun just went and Yay’d. LOL Then Nanjolno concludes it with a fail joke saying; “We are that’s hikikomori.” And Kussun just responded with a weak, 「はい…」 LOL. And of course they didn’t forget to greet the people who turned 20 last year for their Coming of Age Ceremony.

Jolno mentions that it’s their second episode~ Kussun says that she was nervous of the first one that she forgot what happened on that episode. LOL

N: We were so nervous we went home together.
K: We did.
N: On the train.
K: We went out to eat too!
N: That’s right, we did!
K: That’s right.
N/K: It was delicious!
N: Let’s go again sometime.
K: Okay!
N: Eh? You’re really going with me?
K: Yes.
N: You said “Okay,” just now, right?
K: Yes. Today too, let’s go today too.
N: Really? Okay.
K: If we have time.
N: Ah, yup. Isn’t that imposing so much on you?
K: No, no, no, no. I have a lot of time so it’s okay! (時間たっぷり！)
N: Really!? Let’s go then.
K: Okay!

First corner for this episode are mails! Futsuota, I guess. (Most radios have the Futsuota corner, it’s basically a corner of fans sending mails with questions in it.) The first mail is about the wrapping train. The mailer said that they saw the train and rode it and took a photo of it. After that they went to it again and managed to meet other Love Livers and was happy because of it. Nanjolno says that people tweeted her photos of the train in twitter. Kussun says that her friends gave her photos of the train as well. They both haven’t seen it. LOLOL.

The second mail is about the year’s abundance. I think it’s about something that you want to achieve within the year. Kussun reads the letter and says that the two of them will announce their abundance of the year… starting with Nanchan. (Now it’s Nan-chan! LOL) She tells the story about her bad-looking wallet. The leather is falling apart and apparently people have been telling her that it looks dirty. LOLOL Kussun agrees that she did see it and that yeah. She also says that the same for her, it’s also her wallet for her. And she has used it for almost 10 years– well maybe not cause she doesn’t usually use her wallet. Nanjolno tells her that at least the leather isn’t falling apart. LOLOL And then they started putting apart their wallet. Party. LOL. Then Nanjolno started raving about point cards, net banking and how convenient they are. Nanjolno replace your wallet, oi! LOL. And then the conversation started going to how you usually don’t use point cards. I agree. One does not simply use a point card to… purchase stuff. Wait, they’re really useful for CDJapan though! -/shot. And the conversation ended that if you forgot there’s just… no points. LOL.

Muse’s first song is Bokura no LIVE Kimi to no LIFE. Apparently before Muse, they were just called LOVE LIVE! And that the characters didn’t have names and whatsoever. I didn’t know that. Now we all do. LOL

Next corner is NozoEri’s Voice Garden this is where they’re given a situation for their characters and they read out lines in their character’s voice towards the listeners. This episode’s theme is “Winter Break”. They need to tell them encouraging words since school is going to start again soon so they should do their best!

N: Winter break is really dangerous you know~ Unexpectedly, right?
K: That’s right.
N: Me too… when you say Winter Break… I had this one thing happen to me. My first job after the break was a recording. And the whole winter break I didn’t… talk at a–
K: You should talk!
N: I should’ve talked right?
K: But I do understand that.
N: And then during the recording my voice wouldn’t come out. So I just thought that it was surprising.

But then there was Kussun LOL.

K: Well there are just time when you accidentally ditch because of it.
N: EH!? What is that? Is this story okay?
K: Well when I was a student, I thought that the day for the opening ceremony was tomorrow, so I didn’t go.  But it ended up that it was that day. I over extended by vacation.
N: Something like “Eh where’s Kussun?” something like that. That doesn’t happen.
K: No way.
N: That doesn’t happen at all.
K: Well… I guess there are just times like that.
N: Well that’s like spacing-out on a vacation, right?
K: So everyone be careful, okay?

LOLOLOL. Anyhow, Ericchi’s message is about telling you that you’re awesome and that she’ll be cheering you on! And that Kussun says that you should not make a mistake on when it ends! LOLOLOL. And then the random Nozomi nicknames starts. Today, Nanjolno calls her ‘Non-chan’. And Nozomi’s message is about giving you lucky power! Nanjolno says that it’ll be nice to receive Lucky Power from Nozomi.

N: Lucky power would be nice.
K: That’s right.
N: It’ll be nice if something nice happens.
K: There will be. In 2014.
N: THAT’S LIKE— THAT’S LIKE— SAYING THAT NOTHING GOOD HAPPENED IN 2013.
K: It’s just that there will be better things compared to 2013. Like you can go out this year or something!
N: I am inside the house but–It’s not like 2013 was a sad year or something~!!
K: But there will be good things this year!

It was full of laughter. What am I even translating here. LMAO Did I even get those correctly. LMAO.

Anyhow, next corner (A new corner apparently) is Asking the Student Council President for Favors~ So the mails are about asking Eri and Nozomi, Nanjolno and Kussun about different situations. The rules are if something really unreasonable came into the mail– “I will not recognize it” will be the answer, to be said by the Student Council President, Ayase Eri (Nanjolno) (This is Ericchi’s infamous line from the anime, “I will not recognize it.” Mitomerarenai wa or みとめられないは！) And then if something good comes– “That’s great!” will be the answer from the Student Council Vice President. (This is pertaining to Nozomi’s Kansai Dialect saying “That’s nice!” or Ee yan! ええやん！).  So they will either judge the letter’s given situation as, mitomerarenai wa or ee yan! Let’s just use these terminologies cause… yeah. LOL

There’s a lot of them so let’s just discuss the interesting ones in this corner. A mailer said that they want to go to a Spiritual face and do Spiritual things. The two said that it’s a good thing, and that the best place would be Kanda Miyoujin and then suddenly…

(A forgotten promi– wait they didn’t promise. LOL)
K: What about something like Takigyou? (Takigyou is Waterfall Meditation)
N: I want to try that! You’ve done it before, right?
K: Yeah, I’ve done it.
N: How was it?
K: I was glad I did it. Even though I felt like I was gonna die. (LOL)
N: It’s hard to breathe or something?
K: Yeah… I couldn’t breathe.
N: I want to try it!
K: Let’s go! In a location! If it’s not summer might die under it. (LOL)
N: Let’s do it! In summer… okay?
K: Let’s go in summer.

The next mail asked them to think of what would they bring for lunch if NozoEri went out to eat for lunch. They said that it’ll be a bentou. From Eri it’s definitely Russian Cooking, Pirozhki, Borscht and stuff. Non-chan would definitely be Yakiniku. Such expensive lunch. LOL Then they started adding like Sweet Sake and… borscht forever. LOLOL And that was the end for this corner. Next corner is information corner and like before we will 10/10 skip it.

And now it’s time for the ending~ They talked about how they look forward to more interesting mails for the new corner and– someday do a recording outside. (YES VIDEO SPECIAL PLS LOLOL) And that was it for this episode~ I thought this episode was kinda boring, but after looking at how much I wrote, it was actually a little interesting.
