In celebration of Toei Animation’s 60th anniversary, equipped with Precure dance video animator, Miyahara Naoki to direct the movie, Kuroboshi Kouhaku with the initial drafts of the character designs, and Uragami Takayuki will be the character designer and chief animator. They have announced in AnimeJapan 2016, details about their movie “Popin Q” set to release on Winter 2017. The main theme of this movie is dancing. It circulates around the idea of “youth dancing” and saving the world.
It is a story that revolves around the meeting of five girls, as they meet the popin tribe. It will be filled with singing and dancing. The heart-thumping meeting of five girls.

Synopsis
The story begins the day before the graduation ceremony. Five middle school girls each are preoccupied with their real everyday lives. These girls meet each other in a fantasy world after being sent there through a sudden occurrence. There, they learn about the impending crisis that this world is facing. The way to avert this crisis is for the five to collaborate and bring their five hearts together as one through dance. However, the five cannot come to love the world, and cannot tell their true feelings to one another, so their hearts are unable to unite. The time limit is fast approaching. Can the dance of the five girls save the world? And will they be able to graduate? – ANN

The popin tribe are those who will appear in the original animated movie “Popin Q.” They are also creatures who produces energy to dance, as long as the world has decided that it is time. They cannot do anything if they are alone in the human world. They must make partners.
